I am passionate about empowering businesses and individuals to optimize their resources to accelerate positive change.
As a careful listener, strategic thinker, natural relationship builder and creative problem solver, I help develop effective operational strategies aligned with business objectives. I bring clarity from chaos by crafting statements, structures and systems that improve processes while always considering what works best for the people. I work well with Founders and Executives in actualizing their big visions.
I am your Fractional COO, Operator, Integrator, Business Organizer, Puzzle Builder, and Positive Change Accelerator. I am passionate about aligning people with purpose and ensuring that connection is carried through in all strategies. With a background as a technical consultant, I enjoy identifying and implementing digital solutions to create efficient workflows and to improve communication. I love helping team members realize their full potential and work toward shared goals. I am most energized working with values-aligned organizations that aim to contribute toward a hopeful narrative.

My first roots were in the Silicon Valley until I transplanted down to Southern California to attend UC San Diego. I married my college surfing instructor with whom I live an adventurous life raising three kids together in Encinitas, CA.

WHAT RIVERBANK COLLAB MEANS
Rivers are a rich source of life around which major civilizations and cities have been built. I am inspired by the ecology of trees planted along a riverbank and how much good they do when strategically, properly placed (to stabilize erosion, provide habitat for wildlife, keep rivers temperate, produce oxygen, capture carbon dioxide and improve water quality). Symbiotically, the flowing river nourishes the trees and keeps them thriving all year long. It’s a beautiful picture of a collaborative, win-win, sustaining, effectively operating system.
Like trees along a riverbank, businesses have the potential to strategically plant themselves in structures of great positive impact.
